Built in 2021, with a living space of 135 m2 on a property of more than 700 m2, Villa Laurel accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180×200), one of which is located on the ground floor, and the remaining two on the upper floor. All rooms have a TV and en suite bathrooms with showers.
One of the bedrooms on the upper floor also has a balcony with two comfortable chairs for enjoying your morning beverage. The ground floor has a furnished living room with a corner sofa, two chairs, a coffee table, a TV, a romantic fireplace, and an exit to the outdoor terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six is accesible through the living room or the terrace. The kitchen contains a bar and two bar stools, a filter coffee machine, and a Nespresso machine.
