In the municipality of Tinjan, in the central part of central Istria, in the small and quiet settlement of Muntrilj, not far from Pazin, there are four modern villas surrounded by untouched nature.
The villas have 125-135 m2 of living space, and they are 21 km from the nearest coast. The maximum capacity is 6 people per villa, while each villa has 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the top floor. On the ground floor there is an airy living room, a dining room, and a modern kitchen. The interior of the villas is fully air-conditioned and equipped with the most modern technology and furniture. In the outer part, there is a covered terrace with comfortable seating, a heated swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a quality gas grill. The neat yard provides enough space for children to play, and it is decorated with typical Istrian vegetation: olives, laurel, rosemary and lavender and other decorative and aromatic plants.
