Built in 2021, with a living space of 135 m2 on a property of more than 700 m2, Villa Olive accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180×200), one of which is located on the ground floor, and the remaining two on the upper floor. All rooms have a TV and en suite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor also has a balcony with two comfortable chairs for enjoying your morning beverage. The ground floor has a furnished living room with a corner sofa, two chairs, a coffee table, a TV, a romantic fireplace, and an exit to the outdoor terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six is accesible through the living room or the terrace. The kitchen contains a bar and two bar stools, a filter coffee machine, and a Nespresso machine. There is also an additional room on the ground floor that can be used as a storage room.
The outdoor terrace is covered and is the right place to enjoy, relax and swim in the heated pool of 32 m2, next to which there is a parasol and 6 deck chairs. There is also an outdoor shower next to it, and pool towels are also available. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor gas grill. The courtyard of Villa Olive contains olive trees and is completely fenced so that children can play in it carefree.
